Not all CBD is made equal. Similar to the food industry, there's a lot of marketing that can be confusing to the customer. How do you see past smoke and mirrors to smoke the good stuff that's good for you?

In our Dine and Discover event series, learn about CBD from the experts. Head and Heal is a farmer owned small business based in Upstate NY that will dive deep into the world of CBD and hemp. Our kitchen and bar will be open, so you can dine while you discover the healing world of CBD and decipher through all the lies and greenwashing.

- How can you decipher between good and bad quality CBD?

About Head and Heal

In 2010, Allan Gandelman founded Main Street Farms, a certified organic vegetable farm based in Cortland, NY that still farms over 30 acres of vegetables. In 2017, Allan got Lyme's Disease and started experiencing arthritic pain, insomnia, and lethargy. Doctor's had a hard time diagnosing him, and as his symptoms got worse and considered shutting down the farm. That's when a former employee sent Allan a bottle of CBD from Colorado and his symptoms drastically improved. Now they grow their own USDA certified organic hemp and they are on the front lines fighting for the rights of Cannabis growers and processors every day through legistlation and education.
